Thank you for your purchase from Bali Furniture Studio. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

Policy Details

You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it.

Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items

For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for most return shipping fees. You will not pay a shipping fee if the item was damaged during the delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Bali Furniture Studio will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective.

Return label or furniture pickup will be arranged based on customer’s location

Restocking Fees

Bali Furniture Studio does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details

To return your purchase from Bali Furniture Studio, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Bali Furniture Studio will process your return. Bali Furniture Studio will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
